Join me on Saturday 31 October for a gentle morning in Bois de la Cambre. We’ll combine mindful movement with a guided forest immersion, inspired by the forest bathing workshops I attended recently. The aim is to calm your nervous system and give you easy tools for using walking and movement in nature as a reset, whenever you need it. All levels are welcome. There’s no pace to keep up with and nothing to perform. Just come as you are.

What is a mindful walk?
It’s walking with attention to your breath, your steps and your surroundings, instead of your to-do list. It’s simple, but it shifts your body out of “rush mode.”
What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing comes from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. It means slowing down and taking in the forest through all your senses. It isn’t a hike or a workout. It’s a way of being present among the trees.
