Breathwork Workshop in Brussels — From Constriction to Expansion

A serene view of a yacht sailing through turquoise waters beneath the natural arches of a rocky coastal cave, perfect for a peaceful yachting retreat and yoga escape.

Step out of tension and into expansion: join Nika and Magda for a conscious connected breathwork session in Ixelles, Brussels, on Saturday 26 September. Over two guided hours, continuous breath will move stuck energy, settle your nervous system, and bring you back into your body — no experience required, sliding scale pricing, everyone welcome.

A white motorboat floats on crystal-clear blue waters as two people swim nearby, capturing the essence of a yachting experience and island retreat.

We can carry some tension in our bodies without even noticing — in the jaw, the chest, the way we hold our breath through the day. This workshop is an invitation to soften that, together.

Over two hours, we'll move through conscious connected breathwork: an open-mouth, continuous breath, guided by music and held by Nika, your certified breathwork facilitator. Magda will be alongside you the whole way, supporting your journey and holding space for whatever comes up.

There's an invitation into a particular rhythm of breath, but you're always welcome to adapt it to your own pace and needs. No previous experience required — come as you are.

What to Expect

  • Connecting exercises to arrive

  • 45 minutes of conscious connected breath

  • Grounding, to land back in your body

  • Optional time to share and connect afterward

What a sliding scale is?

We’re offering this workshop on a sliding scale because we want it to be accessible, while also honouring the time, energy, skills and beautiful space that make it possible.

€40 — Full contribution

If you’re in a position to do so, choose €40. This is the full value of the workshop and your contribution helps us honour the work that goes into creating and holding this space. It also helps make the workshop accessible to someone who may not be able to contribute as much right now.

€30 — Supported contribution

A middle ground if €40 feels like a stretch, but you can still contribute a little more.

€20 — Accessible contribution

If money is tight at the moment, €20 is absolutely welcome. You don’t need to justify it — we want you there.

The idea is simple: we offer with generosity, and you contribute with generosity according to what is possible for you right now.

There’s no hierarchy between the options. Every contribution helps sustain the people, time and space behind the workshop — and, when you can give a little more, you’re also helping create room for someone else to give a little less.
