FOREVER YANG is a 2-part yoga workshop series designed for ambitious professionals who want to stay sharp, energized, and grounded without burning out.

In a city like Brussels, where ambition, deadlines, and high-stakes decisions are part of everyday life, performance often comes at a hidden cost: stress, tension, and mental overload.

Forever YANG is a yoga workshop series designed for ambitious professionals who want to stay sharp, energized, and resilient, without burning out.

This is not just another yoga class.
It’s a structured experience combining movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help you restore energy, improve focus, and sustain high performance over time.

Workshop 1: Vital Energy — from Energy to Flow

25 April | 15:00–17:00

An energizing Vinyasa-style session exploring the five vayus: the inner currents that influence how you move, think, and feel.

Through creative flows, breathwork (pranayama), twists, and inversions, you’ll reconnect with your natural vitality and create space in both body and mind.

Workshop 2:  Yoga for Confidence and Inner Strength

13 June | 15:00–17:00

Part 1 — Nervous system reset Regulation tools & yoga philosophy

We begin by shifting out of "fight or flight" — using breathwork and grounding practices rooted in yoga philosophy. The perfect entry point if you're new to yoga, and a meaningful reframe for those who already practice.

Part 2 — Anatomy & asana lab Advanced vinyasa, broken down

Move through a dynamic flow featuring poses like Grasshopper, Pincha, and Side Crow — each one unpacked step by step. You'll receive personalised attention from Magda throughout, so every level finds its edge.

Part 3 — Pranayama & yoga nidra Deep rest

We close with a guided pranayama sequence and yoga nidra — a deeply restorative practice that leaves you rested, clear, and reset.

What to expect

  • Beginner-friendly sessions with optional advanced variations

  • A strong focus on mental clarity and inner awareness (not performance-based yoga)

  • Handout materials + curated playlist for continued practice

  • Bonus: I am offering a free 30-minute 1:1 consultation to every participant. The one condition: share a short note on your experience afterwards.

  • Both workshops: 80€

  • Single workshop: 45€
