Workshop 1: Vital Energy — from Energy to Flow
25 April | 15:00–17:00
An energizing Vinyasa-style session exploring the five vayus: the inner currents that influence how you move, think, and feel.
Through creative flows, breathwork (pranayama), twists, and inversions, you’ll reconnect with your natural vitality and create space in both body and mind.
Workshop 2: Yoga for Confidence and Inner Strength
13 June | 15:00–17:00
Designed for professionals, leaders, and decision-makers, this session combines dynamic Vinyasa with practical tools for conscious leadership.
Using solar plexus activation and breathwork, you’ll learn to move out of “fight or flight” and into a grounded, focused state, enhancing clarity, confidence, and your ability to lead with presence.
